Cooking with Bill Esch and Matt Edwards

I recently traveled back to my home town of Omaha, NE and learned three new recipes from Chef Matt Edwards.  Matt taught Bill Esch and I how to make a Mango Chutney Steak, Steak and Vegetable Frittata, and Scrambled Eggs with Herbs and Salmon.  The Frittata uses cheese, and is not Paleo, but the other two dishes are Paleo friendly.
